Medical Services Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with patients and healthcare staff in English and Spanish
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars
Handle patient intake, referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate EHR/EMR database entries and medical documentation
Assist with insurance verification and basic claims assistance
Provide general administrative support to clinical and office teams
Uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy standards
Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
Experience in healthcare administration or related VA support
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Familiarity with EHR/EMR tools or willingness to learn
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Prior experience in US Medical clinics/facilities

Preferred Qualifications
